Seeking a personable and confident FRONT AND BACK OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT for a four doctor medical and cosmetic DERMATOLOGY practice in SHERMAN OAKS. Responsibilities include greeting the patients, answering phones and scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and collecting co-pays. Medical office experience is required and Dermatology and EMR experience are a plus but not required. Must have excellent verbal and written and interpersonal skills and experience working in a busy, fast pace office. Work with another Receptionist in a beautiful office with many high profile patients. Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:30.
Compensation: $22 – $25 an hour, medical insurance, pension plan and one week vacation the first year and two weeks of vacation after two years.
