SURGERY COORDINATOR for a MULTI-SPECIALTY OFFICE and SURGERY CENTER in BEVERLY HILLS. Seeking a high energy, positive and upbeat professional to work with two other Surgery Coordinators scheduling multiple types of surgeries for six surgeons – willing to train on the specific surgeries. Must have the ability to work in a fast pace environment and must be detail oriented and computer savvy, especially with Word and Google Calendar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of various types of insurances are important to obtain authorizations. Obtain medical clearances and all pre-surgical requirements. Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00. Compensation: $27 – $30+ an hour based on salary history and experience.
