As we are a contingency firm, there is no obligation or fee until a candidate is hired and becomes your employee.  We have a onetime fee of 12% of the employee’s annual salary, due and payable in thirty days.  If the employee does not work out for any reason, we have a two month guarantee.  We either replace the employee free of charge or reimburse your fee based on the number of days they worked.  We are committed to your complete customer satisfaction, as we value our long term clientele relationships, and hope to establish the same with you.

Though many medical and dental professionals prefer to keep their present position until they have found another one to replace it and would not be comfortable accepting a “temp to perm” position, a smaller percentage of applicants are not working due to being  laid off or other various reasons, and are available to start on a temporary to permanent basis.

This option gives both the employer and the prospective employee a “trial period” to assure it is a “good fit” for both parties.  Hiring an employee on a temporary to permanent basis maintains productivity, saving time and money for your office.  It also allows time to evaluate and make a determination regarding hiring a new employee, as well as evaluating your particular office situation or expansion needs.
