Seeking a very special, warm and friendly BACK OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT for a one doctor PEDIATRICS office in WEST LA. Candidate must have experience working in Pediatrics and enjoy working with children and helping them have a positive experience. Duties include basic Medical Assistant skills including finger pokes and blood draws. Experience with phones and computers (EMR is a plus) to assist the front office when necessary and must be comfortable with occasional home visits. Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30 and two Saturdays mornings a month from 9:30 – 12:30 with three hours off on the following Monday afternoon.
Compensation: $22 – 24+ an hour depending on years of experience, with $400 cash for medical insurance and one week vacation and two weeks of vacation after two years.
