Seeking a positive, caring and confident top notch FRONT AND BACK OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT to work for an multi doctor CARDIOLOGY practice in TARZANA. Must have a minimum of two years of Cardiology or Internal Medicine experience. Responsibilities include assisting the doctor with cardiovascular procedures, taking vitals, drawing blood/phlebotomy, taking EKG’s, Holter monitors, scheduling tests and following up, keeping an eye on your computer for when labs are ready, maintaining patient records and the exam rooms and assisting the front office with answering the phones when needed. Excellent communication skills are important and the ability to help the patients, including VIP patients, have a positive experience. Scribe experience is a plus but not required. Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:30.
Compensation: $24 – $26 an hour DOE. Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision, 401K and vacation pay
