Seeking a smart and personable OPERATOR RECEPTIONIST for a SURGERY CENTER in BEVERLY HILLS with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment answering a high volume of continuous daily calls, approximately 300 calls a day. Must be able to transfer calls accordingly for several doctors as well as occasionally booking a follow up visit. Experience with multiple medical specialties such as Primary Care, OBGYN, Gastroenterology, Bariatric and Cardiology is a plus but not required. Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30.
Compensation: $23 – $25+ depending on experience, medical insurance, dental vision, 401 K pension plan, profit sharing and 2 weeks vacation after the first year.
